Respect our neighbours

Over the summer months, whilst we might be tempted to open the doors and windows in the bar, they must be closed by 22.30 to minimise noise disruption to our neighbours. We must also remain off the outfield after this time and leave the facilities quietly at the end of the night.  This might sound unnecessary but the Club sits in a residential area and we need to be careful with our noise

2nd XI go top

The 2s made it 5 wins a row as they beat Middlesex Tamils by 2 wickets to go top of the league. Elsewhere, the was big 10 points for the 4th XI, but defeats for the 1s and 3s. Sam Weller's rich vein of form continued as he hit his maiden 1st XI century as we chased down 285 away at Barnes. Having lost the toss, the hosts took advantage of the excellent batting conditions, posting 284-7 in 50 overs, with Alex Scott hitting 130. This looked an imposing score, however Sam (109) put on excellent partnerships with Jim Gatting (72) and De La Rey

The 2nd XI were the sole winners this weekend, as they hammered Uxbridge by 118 runs. Sam Weller backed up last week's hundred with another ton (105). Well batted mate! Saturday's rain meant that all four sides were unable to complete their matches this weekend. 1st XI win in Middlesex Cup

The 1st XI hammered Harrow Town by 146 runs to progress to the second round of the Middlesex Cup. We travel to Twickenham next, with the tie due to take place on Sunday 20th May. Go well lads!
